The ART APPRECIATION Groups are ongoing and meet for six sessions led by one person, then someone else takes over the next six sessions usually with a break in between.

Two groups of interested members meet on alternate weeks
to consider the same topic of art.

Video and other material are selected from the resources bank
at the national U3A.
New series of 6 sessions starts in September

Art Appreciation is run jointly by Joan Cook and Wendy Bowles who put on a series of six videos from the U3A Resources Centre. The first week is at Joan's and the second week is the same programme at Wendy's and so on. One member of the group undertakes to choose the theme and we usually have one series before Christmas and another in the spring.
